We are seeking an HR & Learning Enterprise Architect to develop and govern the UK Firm’s technology strategy for HR & Learning. This role involves translating the strategy into a roadmap that determines investment priorities and transformation portfolio, promoting a seamless customer and employee experience through efficient and reusable technology components.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Maintain core knowledge of HR & Learning Platforms, wider technology trends, and the technology ecosystem.
- Build and maintain HR technology roadmaps and architecture, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Govern technology choices within the Firm, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and adhere to standards.
- Support the design and implementation of operating models for successful HR deployments.
- Participate in technology assurance processes, ensuring the enforcement of standards, patterns, and reusable components.
- Decommission legacy technology to manage and reduce technical debt.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge of SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Performance), and SF Integration Centre.
- Understanding of SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, Qualtrics, OpenText, and ServiceNow HR.
- Extensive experience in HR & Learning Platform implementation, with a minimum of 6 years as a technical lead.
- Experience designing complex integrations between HR & Learning Platforms and other enterprise solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile SDLC methods and common business analysis techniques.
- Strong communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage offshore teams.
- Knowledge of GDPR, ISO 27001, ITIL, and TOGAF certifications are preferable.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
