Morson is proud to partner with EDF in the search for an Early Careers Admin Coordinator, a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of high-quality Early Careers Programmes across EDFs nuclear portfolio.

EDFs Early Careers team is at the forefront of shaping the next generation of talent, experiencing a surge in both supply and demand. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operational delivery of programmes that support key areas, including Nuclear Services (GBP), Sizewell C (SZC), Hinkley Point C (HPC), Nuclear Operations, and Nuclear Decommissioning.

The Role
The Early Careers Admin Coordinator plays a crucial part in bridging the gap between individuals on the programme and the programme leads responsible for delivery. From recruitment to onboarding, operational management, and stakeholder communications, you will ensure that individuals joining EDF gain valuable insights, knowledge, and qualifications, leaving the programme ready to excel.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinating welcome webinars, induction logistics, and line manager briefing sessions.
Programme Support: Managing the day-to-day operational elements, including organising forums, meetings, and events.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaising with programme leads, mentors, and professional bodies to foster collaboration and a positive programme experience.
Event Management: Supporting graduation events, meet-and-greets, and Early Careers face-to-face sessions.
Administration: Overseeing the Early Careers SharePoint, triaging the NSA mailbox, managing performance feedback and confidential records, and organising data collection initiatives.
Financial Oversight: Working with EDFs finance team to process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
Communication: Providing high-quality communication across various stakeholder groups to ensure transparency and programme success.
