Area to be covered: London (must be commutable within 1hr)

Remuneration: £80,000 + profit share bonus & negotiable car allowance (ideally just travel expenses)

The role of the Head of Sales Interior and Exterior Natural Stone Services will involve:

Head of Sales position promoting a bespoke / high end service of luxury interior and exterior natural stone projects

Focusing on projects in the high end hospitality & residential sectors

  • Working on projects varying in size from £1m to £5m

Dealing with and selling to Tier 1, developers & fit-out contractors such as; Multiplex, Mace, Willmott Dixon, Kier, McAlpine, Mclaren & Berkeley Groups

Understand details & specifications of every project

Working with the business development team to ensure pipeline numbers and conversation rates

Responsible for an annual budget of between £15m-£20m

Will have a responsibility to coach / mentor sales and business development employees

The ideal applicant will be Head of Sales Interior and Exterior Natural Stone Services with:

Must have proven track record and contacts with Tier 1, developers & fit-out contractorssuch as; Multiplex, Mace, Willmott Dixon, Kier, McAlpine, Mclaren & Berkeley Groups

Must be from an associated background for example; stone, kitchens, joinery, flooring, fit-out, interiors, wall panels etc

Must have excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal

IT literate (Microsoft Office)

Strong numerical skills

High levels of organisation and attention to detail

Presentable, humble, enthusiastic & self-motivated
