Remuneration: £60,000 - £70,000 + profit share bonus

The role of the Quantity Surveyor High End Fit Out / Interiors & Exterior Stone will involve:
Quantity surveyor position dealing with a range of interior and exterior natural stone projects
Dealing with and selling to Tier 1, developers & fit-out contractorssuch as; Multiplex, Mace, Willmott Dixon, Kier, McAlpine, Mclaren & Berkeley Groups
Keeping up to date with site progress through Site / Project Managers, recording progress made, and transferring information onto monthly payment applications
Pricing variations and changes in line with subcontractor parameters
Dealing with subcontract applications and negotiating subcontractor price
Updating any changes to the agreed contract scope
Keeping track of application figures and ensuring relevant departments are aware of potential budget or financial constraints
Building strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Working on projects varying in size from £1m to £5m
The ideal applicant will be Quantity Surveyor High End Fit Out / Interiors & Exterior Stone with:
Must have proven quantity surveying experience within the high end fit out, tiling or interior and exterior stone market sectors
Ideally will have experience within the masonry market sector dealing with: interior stone, exterior stone, natural stone, architectural stonework, paving, stone refurbishment
Must have excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
IT literate (Microsoft Office)
Strong numerical skills
High levels of organisation and attention to detail
Presentable, humble, enthusiastic & self-motivated
