Join a highly regarded international Financial Services firm as a Reward Advisor in their Human Resources team, reporting to the Head of Reward. This permanent role offers a hybrid working model based in London.
About the Role:
You'll manage salary survey data, conduct analysis and benchmarking, play a key role in the annual salary review, and oversee diversity pay gap and regulatory reporting. As a subject matter expert, you'll stay informed on compensation trends and collaborate with the Benefits team to enhance reward strategies.
What We're Looking For:
Candidates with experience in compensation & benefits within Financial Services, very strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, are encouraged to apply.
