Your Mission:
- Lead the Way: Manage a team of inspectors and coordinate their activities to achieve exceptional results.
- Ensure Compliance: Conduct thorough inspections of accommodations, guaranteeing compliance and quality.
- Collaborate & Resolve: Review documentation and work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
- Drive Improvements: Provide insightful reports and recommendations for continuous enhancements.
- Prepare for Success: Manage pre-audits of accommodation ahead of go-live to ensure seamless transitions.
Your Toolbox:
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (essential for daily travel).
- Experience in Assurance, Compliance, or Inspections to guide your team effectively.
- Strong Leadership & Communication Skills to inspire and motivate your team.
- Document Review Expertise to ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Team & Portfolio Management skills to oversee a diverse range of accommodations.
Your Rewards:
