We are currently seeking a Water Treatment Engineer to join an established contractor based in South East London that operate predominantly in central and greater London. Committed to delivering high-quality services to their clients. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting clients' sites and ensuring that their water systems are kept compliant with relevant regulations.
You will bbe carrying out maintenance works across Schools, Commercial Office blocks and Lesiure facilities, some of which are well known brands in the UK.
Permanent position
Monday to Friday - Overtime available when required
Due to the nature of the work, the position will based remotely, location can be within Greater London with access and flexibility to travel to South East London to attend meetings and collect relevant equipment.
- You will need to have solid background within the Water Treatment Industry across commercial works
- You will need to have experience in Legionella L8
- Ideally you will have knowledge of Chilled and Heated Water Systems
- You will need to have a UK Driving License
Key Responsibilities for Water Treatment Engineer:
- Conduct water sampling and temperature monitoring
- Perform descaling of shower heads and hoses
- Carry out TMV servicing
- Conduct tank cleans and inspections
- Clean, disinfect, and maintain cooling towers
- Perform endoscopic inspections of calorifiers
- Carry out mains injection pipework chlorination works
