Our client is a leading testing, investigation and monitoring company offering consultancy services to the construction and rail sectors across London and the Southeast. They are seeking a Technician to join their busy consultancy team undertaking site work.

The role involves visiting customer sites across London to undertake sampling and air monitoring including:

Dust and vibration monitoring

Setting up and maintaining a variety of equipment

Asbestos air monitoring

Asbestos surveying

Air quality assessments

The data collected is used to compile technical reports required by customers.

Candidate:

Flexible and able to work night shifts.

Some relevant practical employment history. Engineering, Construction or Rail Industry background preferred but not essential.

Competence and experience using a variety of hand tools.

Physically fit - able to carry and set-up a variety of equipment for monitoring.

Full UK driving licence required, happy driving across London.

Experience of, or willingness to, work on site and outdoors in all weathers as necessary.

Full training provided in a variety of monitoring equipment and techniques.

Candidates should live locally to NW London.
