Energy Assessor - OCDEA

This is an exciting opportunity to join a multidiscplined consultancy who provide their highly technical services across the UK. They are looking for an experienced Energy Assessor to join their growing energy team with the perks of remote working.
Role responsibilites for an Energy Assessor include:
- Carrying out SAP assessments and SBEM calculations
- Use IES-VE to carry out overheating assessments in accordance with TM52 and TM59 CIBSE guidelines
- Provide highly technical consultancy to various clients to ensure their projects meet their sustainable targets and comply with Part L regulations
The ideal Energy Assessor will have:
- An OCDEA qualification with relevant experience in a sustainability or energy consultant role
- Proficient in industry standard software such as IES-VE
- Experience with Part O AND Part L regulations as well as carrying out overheating assessments (training will be provided to upskill in this department)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
