Leading Global law firm is seeking a new Environmental Manager on a permanent basis. This role requires someone FBD accredited to manage and update London’s environmental, waste, and energy policies, ensuring compliance through audits and legal register updates.

Environmental Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining external Lloyds Register audit process for ISO 14001 and 50001.
  • Ensuring robust audits are conducted and outstanding actions are closed in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for conducting and organizing the environmental impact group meetings on a quarterly basis.
  • Ensuring all incurred utility charges are accurate, providing accurate forecast reporting against circa £2m budget.
  • Preparing communications about the London Office’s environmental performance and share information using internal communications tools.
  • Create with stakeholder input new SMART objectives once current have been completed.
  • Act as environmental advisor to the senior leadership.

Environmental Manager Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • ISO14001 Lead Auditor.
  • ISO 50001 Lead Auditor.
  • IEMA (Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment) Associate or equivalent.
  • Must have stakeholder management experience.
  • Proven experience managing environmental and energy policies within a legal or professional services company.
