Evaluation is a critical part of any government programme - it supports policy and advises government departments on progress and success and importantly change where its needed.Our client has a world class evaluation team, it sits alongside research and the two together form an amazing team.

This position is focussed on Energy & Environment, its a critical subject and this role will expose you to projects in the UK and internationally, particularly the EU. Some of the principal themes we cover are: energy security, net zero buildings, energy policy, climate resilience, behaviour change and public attitudes, industrial decarbonisation, clean growth, low carbon innovation and entrepreneurship, circular economy, nature recovery, agricultural transition, climate risk awareness.

Their current workload comprises complex multi-year combined process and impact evaluations, value for money analyses, baseline studies, experimental and quasi-experimental impact evaluations, as well as theory-based ones.

You will be able to; manage large scale projects, design evaluation approaches, work closely with research partners and contribute to the overall running of the team.
