Graduate Sustainability Consultant (BREEAM) - London£28000 - £30,000CTJ32

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Graduate BREEAM Consultant to join a vibrant team in London. Our client, a leading consultancy specializing in sustainable building practices, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support the delivery of BREEAM assessments and contribute to innovative environmental projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of BREEAM certification including carrying out BREEAM site inspections on projects fora wide range of Sustainability Assessments such as BREEAM (Non-residential and residential), Home QualityMark, DREAM, BREEAM In-Use, CEEQUAL etc and promoting continuous improvement of Sustainability andEnvironmental performance of the projects
  • Writing Sustainability and Energy Statements for planning applications with supervision from SeniorColleagues.
  • Assisting Senior colleagues in the research, analysis and reporting of Net Zero Carbon Reduction strategies,ESG reporting, Life Cycle Analysis, Corporate Sustainability Strategies and Carbon Management as well asproviding general Sustainability advice

The Ideal Graduate Sustainability Consultant Will:

  • Be a recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field, ideally with a focus on BREEAM or sustainable building practices.
  • Possess a BREEAM qualification (e.g., BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) or BREEAM New Construction (NC)) - though not essential.
  • Have a strong passion for sustainability and making a positive environmental impact.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
