Are you an experienced Energy and Sustainability Consultant looking to make your next career move with an award-winning company? We are currently recruiting for a Senior Energy and Sustainability Consultant to join a specialist energy and environment consultancy based in their London office.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Accredited energy assessor across (ideally NDEA & OCDEA)
  • Knowledge of Part L and UK building regulations
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and processes, with familiarity on the drivers for sustainability in the built environment
  • Familiarity with BREEAM processes and credit areas
  • Experience delivering heat decarbonisation plans for large estate owners
  • Exposure and knowledge of London Plan requirements and Future Homes Standards

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake energy assessments through SAP (Elmhurst Design 10 and Stroma FSAP) and SBEM software (IES, iSBEM) to address building regulation and planning policy requirements.
  • Liaise with clients and design teams to gather information, confirm deadlines and provide cost effective compliance advice.
  • Produce reports for clients under tight deadlines
  • Attend design team meetings and workshops
  • Liaise with colleagues to align technical solutions
