Allen & York are delighted to be working with a leading boutique sustainability consultancy based in London as they look to recruit a Sustainability Communications Consultant to complement and strengthen their Team. Founded and led by two prominent figures in the sustainability sector, you will be joining a forward thinking, progressive business who work closely with clients worldwide, producing bespoke sustainability and communication briefs to help them successfully navigate the sustainability and ESG space.

You'll be joining a fantastic Team of highly experienced consultants and managers, providing the opportunity to learn from your peers and work on a range of bespoke projects, with various levels of involvement, from providing strategic advice on how to position to investors, developing websites to producing sustainability reports across a range of sectors including energy and food and drink.

In this newly created role, driven by an increase in business, you'll be experienced in producing a range of content development, such as toolkits, messages, producing reports and digital content for social media and thought leadership. In addition, you'll be involved in planning and executing corporate sustainability and ESG reports so you'll have strong writing skills and it's expected that you'll have worked with corporate affairs or corporate communications across multiple channels. You'll have prior experience of working with creative teams on the production process and with the sustainability consultants to help them frame and position the projects.

You will be joining a truly collaborative Team of experts so you'll need to be adaptable, willing to learn and adjust your thoughts and be happy leading on the comms and reporting trends research and feeding this back to the Team. You'll also be involved with preparing pitches and creative briefs, so an entrepreneurial mindset will be particularly advantageous.

You'll come from either a consultancy, agency or corporate background, where you'll be adept at engaging with clients and working on a range of sustainability communications projects, managing a number of different projects at any one time, analysing information to work out the best route and you'll be comfortable working as part of a Team. If you don't already have experience working in the sustainability sector, it's expected you'll have a strong and proven interest in the area and be willing to get stuck into the technical competencies of sustainability.

You will need to be able to access the office three days a week to engage with the consultants and clients as you'll be an integral member of the Team so you'll be based within commutable distance of the offices in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sustainability communications consultant to join a thriving team of professionals and work with exciting global brands who are really pushing the boundaries when it comes to sustainability so if you're interested and would like to find out more, please contact Katie at (url removed).
