Sustainability Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sustainability Consultant looking to progress to a senior level and join an international multidisciplined consultancy who provide their services to projects across all sectors of the built environment industry. The successful candidate will join their sustainability team in their offices in London.
Role responsibilities for an Energy and Sustainability Consultant include:
- Take the lead on delivering a range of services such as general energy and sustainability consultancy, statements, and strategies
- Produce Decarbonisation strategies and reports, as well as generating energy performance certificates and ESOS reports for energy compliance
- Provide funding advice and applications, whilst developing heat decarbonisation plans and feasibility studies
- Carry out general project management and contract administration tasks for energy projects
The ideal Sustainability Consultant will have:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within a relevant role within the built environment industry
- Degree within an environmental science, sustainability, or engineering discipline
- Ideally have experience with BREEAM, delivering assessments from project inception to completion
- Have a NDEA, DEA, OCDEA, or LCEA accreditation with previous experience delivering EPCs for either residential, non-residential, or commercial properties
- Working towards or have achieved CIBSE chartership
- Excellent communication skills
