Sustainability Engineer

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing independent sustainability consultancy who provide expert nationwide compliancy services to a growing client base. They are on the lookout for an experienced Sustainability Engineer to hit the ground running for their expanding team of experts who are based in London.

Role responsibilities for a Sustainability Engineer include:

  • Carry out SAP and SBEM assessments and calculations
  • Use IES-VE software to carry out Part O assessments and overheating TM52 and TM59 assessments
  • Produce SAP assessments and EPC's so that Part L compliance is achieved
  • Carry out consultancy and written reports for planning stages so that requirements are met

The ideal Sustainability Engineer will have:

  • Proficiency with industry standard software such as IES-VE
  • Experience in a relevant role carrying out overheating analysis and Part O assessments in accordance with CIBSE TM52 and TM59
  • An OCDEA accreditation with experience delivering commercial EPC's
  • An educational background in an environmental science, engineering, or architectural degree
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
