Salary: 90,000 - 120,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid - London - 1-2 days per month

As Head of Offensive Security, you will combine hands-on expertise with strategic leadership, shaping a top-tier team and working on some of the most challenging and rewarding engagements in the industry.

Head of Offensive Security - Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of skilled penetration testers, ensuring the delivery of engaging, high-quality assessments across complex client environments.
• Contribute directly to advanced technical projects, including red teaming, adversary simulations, and application security testing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing clear, actionable insights and strategic guidance on improving security.
• Refine and innovate internal methodologies and tools to keep the consultancy at the cutting edge of offensive security.
• Leverage best practices, training and development programmes and share experiences to foster a culture of excellence and growth.

Head of Offensive Security - Requirements:

• Proven expertise in penetration testing, with a minimum of three years in a leadership or management role.
• Advanced knowledge of offensive security tools, techniques, and enterprise technologies, including Active Directory, cloud platforms, and bespoke payload development.
• Strong understanding of industry frameworks and standards such as MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP, and NIST.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical findings to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Industry-recognised certifications such as CSTL or CCT are highly desirable.
