Summary of Role

You will support the wider Operations team for both Installation and Service managers in building accurate quotations for Security Systems attending site meetings for project works.

This role may appeal to an engineer who wants to progress by keeping hands on as well as working in the office environment and put their electrical engineering skills to a new challenge.

What you will be doing

  • Producing quick quotes on the back of engineer visits.
  • Undertake site surveys for the operational team.
  • Provide wider administrative support to the admin team with technical queries.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date quotation records.
  • Attend site meetings as required on project works.
  • Support Installation engineers.

What we will need from you

  • Ideally you will have an engineering background either having worked as an electrical engineer or have experience of electrical systems installation/servicing.
  • Ability to read & interpret technical construction drawings.
  • High level of attention to detail to create accurate quotations.
  • Communication & customer service skills to respond to customer queries.
  • Team working & flexible approach to tasks.
  • Organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Experienced in MS Office packages in particular familiarity with Excel.
  • Knowledge and understanding of NSI.
