Are you a Conference Producer with B2B event experience looking to step into a high-growth, international fintech company? This is your chance to join a fast-paced events team where your creativity and commercial thinking will shape in-person and virtual conferences across an expanding global portfolio.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead conference production from research and agenda creation to C-level speaker recruitment
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive event attendance and brand growth
- Bring new ideas to the table - new topics, formats, or delivery styles to keep the programme innovative and competitive
- Ensure smooth delivery of events through exceptional project management and stakeholder communication
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B conference production
- Strong research, writing and programme-building skills
- Confident communicator - able to secure and manage senior speakers and stakeholders
- Degree-educated
- Solid time management and multitasking ability
- Familiarity with tools like MS Office, CRM or event management software
