Due to ongoing growth, the business is now on the lookout for an Events Project Co-ordinator to help them achieve their ambitious growth plans.

THE ROLE 

As the Events Project Co-ordinator you will oversee and manage the agency’s internal events and activities programme and be a real champion of company culture and sustainability.

From planning to delivery, you will have full autonomy of ensuring the agency’s internal events are delivered and organised effectively. You will manage key stakeholders, manage team building exercises and play your part in maintaining what is a fantastic company culture and dynamic!

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Plan and deliver the agency’s internal events, from concept to execution.
  • Manage and oversee internal events budgets and ensure resources are used effectively.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and ensure the company strategy is being executed.
  • Build relationships with external suppliers and vendors for event delivery purposes.
  • Promote sustainability and work closely with the sustainability champion to hit key KPI’s.
  • Manage internal office meetings and arrange catering options when required.
  • Support the client team when necessary, on wider events tasks and logistics.
