The Role

As Event Coordinator this role is varied and will be responsible for overall creation and delivery of a broad portfolio of events:

-          Building and managing client relationships

-          Managing incoming enquires and interpreting briefs

-          Event design, theming & mood-boarding

-          Developing creative responses to briefs

-          Proposal preparation & pitching to win projects

-          Managing private and corporate events end to end

-          Coordinating suppliers including catering, florists, etc.

-          Advising on technical solutions and working closely with the warehouse team

-          Managing the install and delivery of events onsite

-          Preparing and managing budgets

The Candidate

We are looking for candidates who have gained a solid foundation of experience within the evens industry and are looking to further their career within a creative events environment. Proven creative experience such as mood-boarding and support in concept development is key for this role whilst an understanding of supplier management and logistical organisation would be hugely beneficial. We are looking for charismatic individuals with an enthusiasm and ambition to learn!
