This boutique agency is an events and production company focused on delivering brand experiences, fashion shows and unique projects to the luxury creative industries, globally. The team are agile, fast paced and dedicated to providing the seamless, memorable and unique experiences for their clients and audiences alike. This is a unique opportunity for an Event Production Coordinator to play an integral role in supporting the event delivery of this well-established production house

THE ROLE

Due to business growth, we are now seeking an event Production Coordinator with experience in fashion or beauty brands to join this creative and dynamic team.  Working as part of a project-specific event production team, the role of Production Coordinator spans to providing administrative and operational support for the team, running critical paths and supporting across the events.

 Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist with data management updating master spreadsheets using Excel software.
  • Assist with updating information and details on all working documents
  • Maintaining organisation of databases
  • Supporting the Event Production team in developing and updating creative decks
  • Using Keynote software, based on specific venues and event deliverables requests.
  • Production scheduling and running critical paths / Gantt charts
  • Ensure the Project Lead and Production team is supported from an administrative aspect and are effectively updated.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' experience working in a similar administrative event production role, have worked with fashion or beauty brands and confident in running critical paths.  An excellent understanding and highly proficient knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office along with a strong working knowledge of Keynote.

We are seeking a capable, enthusiastic, and ambitious individual with a background in creative, experiential, or event agencies.
