Events Assistant City - up to £33,000 + commission

Onsite, 09:00-17:30

Wise May are looking for an Events Assistant to join our client, a busy event venue based in the city. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team who bring experiences and events to life.

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients to encourage and repeat new business
  • Actively follow up on enquiries and bookings to ensure the highest level of conversion and accurately record and follow up on all lost business
  • To achieve with your colleagues the yearly budget set by the senior team
  • Achieve and exceed individual targets set within the quarterly sales meetings or by the management team
  • To manage client information through the Rendezvous System ensuring this is relevant and timely
  • Participate in FAM trips, site visits and client entertaining as requested
  • Conduct regular client site visits and planning meetings

Skills:

  • Two years’ experience within a similar role
  • Proven track record on achieving personal sales targets
  • London industry knowledge
  • Client relationship management
  • Proactive sales mindset
