We are looking for diligent and enthusiastic Events Assistants for an event taking place in Central London in October. This will be a 4-day conference and we will require temps to work in a variety of duties across a 4 day event. It’s always lots of fun and the team are friendly and approachable. We have similar events like this throughout the year so with good feedback from this event, there may be more adhoc work in the future. Duties will include:
  • Assistance in registering conference guests.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Preparing conference rooms for meetings.
  • Assisting with preparing badges and gifts for visitors.
  • Being on hand to assist with any adhoc duties that ensure the events run smoothly.
You will be:
  • Flexible with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Friendly and professional.
  • Be able to follow simple instructions.
  • Local to central London as the shifts can start fairly early.
