- Assisting in the development of event strategies and concepts in alignment with organisational goals
- Coordinating logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, accommodations, and on-site arrangements
- Managing event timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure all events are delivered on time and within scope
- Tracking key milestones and deliverables
- Liaising with vendors, suppliers, and partners to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure quality service delivery
- Coordinating with AV teams, decorators, and other service providers as needed
- Supporting the creation of event-related marketing materials, including invitations, promotional content, and social media posts
- Collaborating with the marketing team to drive event attendance and engagement
- Overseeing registration processes, managing attendee databases, and providing on-site support
- Ensuring a high level of customer service for all event participants
- Assisting with event setup, registration, and troubleshooting during live events
- Serving as a point of contact for vendors, staff, and attendees
- Gathering feedback from stakeholders and attendees, analysing event outcomes, and contributing to post-event reports
- Identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions for future events
- Maintaining event documentation, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence
- Assisting with expense tracking and reconciliation
- 3 – 5 years of Events management experience
- Experience executing events for global companies
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
