We are assisting a thriving law firm in London, who are seeking an enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join their team on a 1-year contract, full-time.

What experience will you need? For this role you will need strong experience working within a similar role in a legal or professional services setting. A marketing or business qualification might be advantageous, although this is not essential. Great organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines is required.

This exciting opportunity will involve applying your useful knowledge and skills to effectively plan and manage all events across the firm. Some duties would include:

  • Project management.
  • Maintaining the budget for all events.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders regarding all events matters.
  • Ensuring events are relevant and in-line with the firm’s values.
  • Booking spaces for events to take place.
  • Negotiating with vendors where required.
  • Analysing the effectiveness of strategies.
  • Diary management.
