- Managing the full life cycle of events including timelines, logistics, suppliers, invites etc
- On site support during events, assisting the team, acting as point of contact and overseeing guest lists
- Event reports and post event feedback
- Working closely with marketing on promotion and materials for events
- 2-3 years minimum experience; either as an events coordinator, assistant or manager. Other roles with a strong focus on event planning will be considered
