About the Role:
We are seeking a highly polished and well-presented Events Supervisor to join a prestigious financial services company in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced events professional to oversee and deliver high-calibre corporate events within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless delivery.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and vendors, maintaining strong professional relationships.
* Ensure all events meet the highest standards of service, reflecting the company's five-star reputation.
* Coordinate logistics, including venue management, catering, AV requirements, and guest services.
* Supervise event staff and ensure they maintain exceptional presentation and service levels.
* Handle last-minute changes or challenges with professionalism and efficiency.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to align events with business goals.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in corporate events within financial services or a luxury hospitality setting.
* Impeccable presentation and a five-star approach to service.
* Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under pressure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering excellence.
