Facilities and Events Assistant

We are looking for an Energetic, Enthusiastic, and Passionate Facilities and Events Assistant for a fantastic client site in Central London.

At the Good Eating Company, we are focused on continuing to deliver the definitive standard in workplace dining. This client is aspirational and creating a unique space for their clients and team.

• Monday to Friday
• 40hrs per week, typically 8.30am to 5.00pm but flexibility for events needed
• Supporting the Event Coordinator in their day-to-day role
• Providing engaging, friendly, and efficient front-of-house service to staff and guests
• Welcoming all clients to the building in a friendly and warm manner
• Assisting guests and hosts with events, ensuring that you are present as the main contact for support
• Covering Reception when required and supporting the Facilities Management Helpdesk
• Ensuring meeting rooms are set up to the highest standard and updating the Condeco system
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in all work and customer areas
• Responding to email requests and keeping event trackers updated
• Assisting with name badges and manning event desks as required

We had the dream of bringing restaurant-quality food to corporate dining at a time when uninspiring sandwiches and soggy salads were all that were typically on offer. Since then, the team have been delivering food and drink services to an impressive menu of clients up and down the country.

We no longer work around a kitchen table, but our approach remains the same: moreish food, quaffable drinks, and good company.
