MARKETING & EVENTS COORDINATOR  Are you innovative, detail orientated and highly organised? We have an exciting opportunity for a temporary Marketing and Events Coordinator to support work for one of the world’s most prestigious universities.  The successful candidate will be hands-on and collaborative, with the ability to project manage and deliver high-quality events. They will have a passion for exploring new and innovative ideas, a solution-oriented mindset, and strong organisational skills. The role requires the ability to manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring events are delivered effectively, within budget, and aligned with recruitment objectives.  MARKETING & EVENTS COORDINATOR ROLE:
  • Providing marketing, communications, and operations/logistics support for the University events in relation to three accelerated programmes in the business school
  • Project managing and leading a portfolio of selected events, ensuring regular updates to relevant stakeholders, meeting deadlines, and delivering a seamless experience for attendees
  • Writing, editing, and producing printed and digital marketing materials, including event invitations, brochures, web pages, advertising, email campaigns, and social media posts
  • Assisting with brand, marketing, and administrative tasks, supporting the Marketing Executive and leading on relevant projects where required
  • Managing the event mailbox, replying to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing internal agency services to colleagues and serving as the first point of contact for staff members enquiring about the University brand, visual identity, and merchandise
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the team to write, edit, and produce printed and digital marketing materials, including event invitations, brochures, advertising, and email campaigns
MARKETING & EVENTS COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:
  • 1-year minimum experience working in events or marketing
  • Experience working in higher education settings
