- Providing marketing, communications, and operations/logistics support for the University events in relation to three accelerated programmes in the business school
- Project managing and leading a portfolio of selected events, ensuring regular updates to relevant stakeholders, meeting deadlines, and delivering a seamless experience for attendees
- Writing, editing, and producing printed and digital marketing materials, including event invitations, brochures, web pages, advertising, email campaigns, and social media posts
- Assisting with brand, marketing, and administrative tasks, supporting the Marketing Executive and leading on relevant projects where required
- Managing the event mailbox, replying to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Providing internal agency services to colleagues and serving as the first point of contact for staff members enquiring about the University brand, visual identity, and merchandise
- Collaborating with colleagues across the team to write, edit, and produce printed and digital marketing materials, including event invitations, brochures, advertising, and email campaigns
- 1-year minimum experience working in events or marketing
- Experience working in higher education settings
