The Role:
Job Title: Marketing and Events Assistant (Early Careers)
Salary: £35,000 (DoE)
Location: London - Hybrid working
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Overseeing and managing all Graduate Recruitment Events, attending events where possible to ensure the smooth running.
- Ensuring the appropriate company delegates attend the events, and the company brand and reputation are managed effectively.
- Management of social media platforms from the planning and creation of content to the scheduling of posts.
- Analyse data around candidate attraction, ED&I, and RIO to guide strategy amendments.
- Partner with external organisations to market recruitment and other opportunities on collaboration content creation, events, webinars etc and generating new ideas.
- Assist with the annual marketing campaign materials and the upkeep of the graduate recruitment website and internal hub.
What is the company looking for?
- Proven experience in a professional services environment
- A degree is highly desirable
- Strong Excel and other systems skills (or the willingness to learn!)
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and build networks quickly
- Creative thinker with experience managing events
