Marketing Communications and Event Coordinator Salary up to £30,000 - £35,000

Based in Wandsworth

Office-Based Role

A well-established company that designs and manufactures radio frequency antennas is looking for a Marketing Communications and Events Coordinator to join their team in Wandsworth. You will be involved in planning and delivering exhibitions, creating engaging content for multiple channels, coordinating marketing materials, and supporting wider communications and events to promote the company's global presence.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage, coordinate, and execute the delivery of approximately 30 global exhibitions per year, ensuring all deadlines, logistics, and materials are met to a high standard.
  • Oversee the creation of all exhibition materials, working closely with the graphic designer to ensure brand alignment and clear messaging.
  • Plan and create content for a variety of channels, including social media, newsletters, blogs, case studies, and videos, ensuring content supports overall marketing objectives.
  • Edit and proofread all content to maintain high editorial and brand standards across internal and external communications.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics for exhibitions, newsletters, and social media to inform future strategies.
  • Support the development and delivery of marketing collateral - from initial brief and content creation through to production and final distribution.
  • Draft and edit copy for marketing materials, catalogues, flyers, and corporate communications, ensuring tone and style fit the target audience.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials and platforms.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing team, collaborating closely with other departments and external partners as needed.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Marketing Graduate with approx. 2 years similar experience
  • Experience and understanding of B2B businesses.
  • Good writer, with good command of punctuation, grammar, and spelling
  • Good with videography
  • Experience of coordinating events
  • Good interpersonal skills with a positive manner

And ideally

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) preferred
  • Experience of copywriting
  • WordPress skills desired
  • Experience with Trello
