Evolve are recruiting for a leading pharmaceutical organisation specialising in Ophthalmology products. They are looking for a Marketing Events Coordinator to join their expanding marketing team! This hybrid role requires working from their Head Office in West Sussex 2-3 days per week.

In this position, you will assist the Marketing Events Manager in delivering high-quality events throughout the company. Additionally, you will attend trade shows and conferences to help ensure these events run smoothly.

Ideal Requirements for a Marketing Events Coordinator

  • Previous experience within Events Marketing is required.
  • Ability to manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions
  • Must have very strong organisation, planning and communication skills.

Role Responsibilities for a Marketing Events Coordinator

  • Communicate event details to internal attendees, including information on where to collect samples, materials, and pull-up banners as needed
  • Track all event-related expenses, including venue fees and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with printing companies for event-specific collateral and monitoring stock levels to ensure adequate supply across all events.
