Senior Conference Producer - International Financial Conferences
London - Hybrid working 2 days in office + International travel required
Base Salary £40K- £45K + Up to £10K Bonus + Benefits
- Do you want to work for a small but highly successful Events team? We have a great opportunity available for an experienced Conference Producer to join an innovative events business and play an integral part in the growth and development of their international conferences and events.
- For this role, we seek an ambitious conference producer with 2-3 years of experience in commercial b2b conference production. It would be great if you have experience or an interest in finance.
- There is a big focus on providing high quality content and exceptional event delivery, the team strive for excellence and provides an unrivalled return on investment for their conference attendees.

What will you be doing?
- Lead the production of multiple high-profile conference projects that have exciting plans to expand in 2025.
- Conduct In-depth Market Research calls to identify and analyse key industry trends, topics, challenges, and emerging solutions through direct engagement with key stakeholders.
- Support with the audience development for your events by building target market lists, and identifying the top job titles from each company.
- Secure speakers for your events. and companies for sponsorship targeting per event.
- Work closely with the sponsorship sales team. Identify potential sponsors for the team and join calls and client meetings to support event sales, promote the event and build rapport with key clients.
- Creäte innovative conference programmes, formats, agendas, and event features
- Work with the marketing team to create content throughout the event campaign, such as speaker interviews, podcasts, and other sponsor/market updates.
- Identify and secure high-calibre speakers and moderators, ensuring expert-led events.
- Coordinate VIP invitations and networking opportunities
- Research and develop innovative commercial strategies in collaboration with the Head of Sponsorship
- Write compelling event briefs for marketing and sales teams
- Continually build and maintain relationships with influential figures in the industry
