THE ROLE
Due to ongoing business success they are seeking a Events Executive / Junior Events Manager to join their hardworking and creative team and be pivotal in supporting the delivery of their fantastic campaigns & events by managing relationships and pre-planning aspects.
You will be aiding in the creative vision for events and campaigns and will:
- Supporting event & campaign projects from brief through to delivery
- Develop content & theming for event collateral
- Assisting in developing event proposals & pitches
- Research, liaise with and manage speakers
- Research, liaise with and manage external suppliers
- Research, liaise with and manage venues & platforms
- Assist with on-site delivery to ensure smooth running of events
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have a passion for events, will be hardworking and driven and will ideally have some exposure to event delivery whether that be a degree in events management, placement year or current events role.
In return you will join a friendly, social and supportive team, who take time to understand their client's requirements and deliver flawless events whether face to face, virtually or a mixture of both!
