Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and respond to enquiries in the team email inboxes.
  • Administration of Student Ambassadors who support events.
  • Make all arrangements for weekly campus tours.
  • Meeting and hosting visitors at the the main campus.
  • Organise school visits, liaising with relevant colleagues to co-ordinate visits, make room bookings and host groups.
  • Assist with the logistical arrangements of in-person and virtual events including visit days, webinars and lectures.
  • Setting-up virtual events on online event platforms.

Profile

Person Specification:

  • Experience of handling a high volume of enquiries.
  • Experience of making logistical arrangements for events.
  • Experience of providing excellent customer service in a customer-focused environment.
  • Experience of using online event platforms.
  • Highly developed organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use initiative and cope with changing priorities or sudden demands.
  • Ability to act with a high level of professionalism, sensitivity and tact.
