The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic event planning, execution, and performance evaluation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and vendors to deliver exceptional experiences aligned with the company’s goals.________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Event Strategy & Execution•    Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing events, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.•    Define event objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).•    Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to design and deliver seamless, impactful events.•    Ensure events align with brand guidelines, messaging, and marketing goals. Marketing & Promotion•    Develop and implement event marketing strategies to maximize attendance, engagement, and post-event impact.•    Partner with content, design, and digital teams to create compelling promotional materials (e.g., email campaigns, social media, landing pages).•    Utilize user insights to shape content, experiences, and event positioning.Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration•    Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and external partners.•    Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.•    Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders to align event strategies with business priorities.Operational Management•    Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and event logistics.•    Ensure events are executed on time and within budget, while maintaining a high-quality standard.•    Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or risks during event planning and execution.Performance Measurement & Optimization•    Define and track event performance metrics (e.g., attendance, engagement, lead generation).•    Conduct post-event evaluations and recommend improvements for future events.•    Leverage data insights to optimize event strategies and drive continuous improvement.________________________________________Skills & ExpertiseEvent Management Expertise•    Proven experience in event planning, execution, and management of medium- to large-scale events.•    Skilled in managing event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site operations.Marketing & Brand Strategy•    Strong understanding of brand positioning and marketing strategies to develop impactful event experiences.•    Ability to create event marketing content and promotional materials in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Project Management & Execution•    Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.•    Experience with event management software and tools for scheduling, registration, and reporting.Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration•    Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal teams, external agencies, and event partners.•    Skilled at influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders. Data-Driven Decision-Making•    Ability to analyze event performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.•    Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing analytics tools for post-event reporting.________________________________________Preferred Qualifications•    7+ years of experience in event marketing or event management, preferably in a tech or corporate environment.•    Experience managing hybrid and virtual events.•    Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com).•    Strong understanding of the brand voice and marketing principles is a plus.________________________________________ Key Competencies•    Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term event strategies that align with business goals.•    Creative Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address challenges with innovative solutions.•    Collaboration & Influence: Skilled in building relationships and influencing stakeholders across teams.•    Detail-Oriented Execution: Ensures flawless execution with strong attention to detail and quality standards.
