- Develop and maintain multi-level client relationships, retain clients, develop strategies, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Create and implement account plans based on client needs and market opportunities.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Delivering YOY growth, revenue and profitability.
- Drive contract renewals and client retention to increase profitability
- Deliver compelling pitches both via Teams and in person to spark interest and generate sales opportunities.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Meetings and Events industry in a similar Account Management/Sales role, ideally in the travel and event management industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across multiple levels.
- A strong sales mindset with the ability to identify new revenue opportunities within your portfolio.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude to building relationships and increasing profitability
- Must have strong organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple workloads and priorities
