(Inside IR35)Hours: 9am-6pm Job Description:Are you interested in leveraging your program management and analytical skills to manage advertising programs for Our Client's biggest events. Our Client's Advertising Event Sponsorships team is seeking an experienced and independent Sr. Program Manager, High Traffic Event Program Execution to drive flawless execution of this high profile and critically important program. Event Sponsorships within Our Client's Advertising. Lead cross-functional project teams to launch marquee retail events. Ensure operational excellence on behalf of advertisers and end customers.A day in the life:In this role, you’ll lead a cross-functional project team of other Program Managers from different Advertising teams and work to instrument mechanisms for ensuring operational excellence on behalf of our advertisers and end customers. You will be working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Design, Ad Operations, Account Management and Campaign Management to launch these events. The ideal candidate will have strong ownership and influencing skills. You will thrive in fast paced dynamic environments and have very strong communication and presentation skills. You should be able to juggle competing projects, define the road maps to support the business functions and work with the teams to solve complex problems that balance global scalability and supports locale nuances. This role requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, passionate about the customer and comfortable working with numerous stakeholders across the organization and worldwide in an environment that has a considerable amount of ambiguity. Experience working in a cross-functional capacity as well as a proven track record of delivering operational excellence are important qualifications.Job responsibilities:
  • Lead cross functional team (with global coverage) to ensure flawless execution of Our Client's Advertising’s High Traffic Event Program
  • Optimize cross-team processes to improve efficiencies and SLAs
  • Create and send weekly program updates to Director level stakeholder
  • Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.
  • Present confidently to Our Client's senior management as well as other large audiences.
  • Work at all levels in the organization, with no job being considered too large or small
  • Track and report on country performance, ensuring each locale is delivering differentiated value against its intended objective

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior management
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • 5+ years experience in program or project management
  • Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
  • 5+ years experience delivering cross functional projects
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  • Experience defining and executing against program requirements
