- Lead cross functional team (with global coverage) to ensure flawless execution of Our Client's Advertising’s High Traffic Event Program
- Optimize cross-team processes to improve efficiencies and SLAs
- Create and send weekly program updates to Director level stakeholder
- Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.
- Present confidently to Our Client's senior management as well as other large audiences.
- Work at all levels in the organization, with no job being considered too large or small
- Track and report on country performance, ensuring each locale is delivering differentiated value against its intended objective

- 5+ years experience in program or project management
- Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
- 5+ years experience delivering cross functional projects
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining and executing against program requirements
