A leading Live Experience Marketing Agency is seeking an Associate Producer to join their dynamic team. We specialise in creating exceptional events for world-renowned brands.

Role Overview:

As an Associate Producer, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding, creative brand events and experiences. You'll work on projects from concept through to on-site delivery, collaborating with junior and senior team members. Your organizational skills will be essential, and you'll be a key point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project management: Own small-scale projects, coordinate with teams, and support larger projects.
• Client relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their objectives, and provide exceptional service.
• Finance: Manage budgets, track time, and ensure accurate billing.
• General: Stay updated on industry trends, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience in a creative event agency environment
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
