THE COMPANY

Predominantly organising award ceremonies, conferences, incentives and product launches, they are now in a position to grow the team with the addition of a sales person.

As Business Development Manager, you will support with maintaining existing relationships and developing new business and join them on this exciting journey! 

THE ROLE

As a Business Development Manager, you will be pitching for and winning event contracts to support the growth of the business, while managing a pipeline of clients and generating new leads in the events industry.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Developing strategies to increase sales
  • Generating new event leads
  • Winning event contracts
  • Managing new and existing client relationships
  • Working closely with production and technical teams to understand the business
  • Managing a pipeline of clients
  • Negotiating with prospects and clients
  • Attending industry events to network with potential clients

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have a positive, determined, and resilient mindset, with the ability to be confident and professional when liaising with clients
