Catering Manager/Head Chef Charity organization - Monday to Friday City
We are a Charity organization that works with homeless and vulnerably housed people in East London.
Currently we are looking for a Catering Manager/Head Chef and we can also consider Chef de Parties and Sous Chefs with the right attitude and experience.
The team includes a full time Chef, the Catering Manager/Head Chef and helping during the week there are volunteers, plus Trainees 3 days a week.
The kitchen team will daily prepare 25 breakfasts and 40 set lunches with a vegetarian option plus dessert. The menu is Weekly and planned well in advance.
The ideal Catering Manager/Head Chef must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft word, do the ordering online, use the emails and calendar etc.
In return you will get a:
A salary £36,243 and for 35 hours per week
Monday to Friday role
27 days holidays
35 working hours per week
shifts are from 7.30am to 2.30pm or from 8.00am to 3.00pm
This is a well-funded organization but due to the nature of their work it can sometimes be quite tense and the Catering Manager/Head Chef MUST be Patient, and Resilient.
