Catering Manager – £50k - London
We are working on a great Catering Manager role with a national catering provider. This is a key contract within the portfolio that requires an established catering operator who can really lead from the front.
About the position:
The contract is a busy education site servicing over 1000 students, with an extensive hospitality offering. The role is not for a first-time operator, due to the attention to detail required which only comes with experience. The hospitality offering is more aligned to a B&I operation and would suit someone from a busy B&I setting or independent schools.
This is a Mon-Fri operation and term time only.
Ideal Contract Director:
- A strong operational understanding within a lead catering position within B&I or independent schools
- This isn't a role for a first-time operator, you will be calm under pressure, have great attention to detail and solutions focused
- Client focused in your approach and a real people manager.
- An analytical approach, a head for numbers and an understanding of delivering and surpassing client expectations and stringent KPI's
- Motivator of staff with excellent client relationships
