I am currently recruiting for a Client Event Planner on behalf of a leading global law firm based in London. This role involves managing and executing client and firm events, collaborating with marketing and business development teams, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute client entertainment opportunities and substantive events.
  • Manage sport and event ticket purchases for the London office.
  • Source, negotiate, and coordinate with suppliers, restaurants, and venues.
  • Liaise with Client Development and CRM Teams on list management.
  • Contribute to advancing systems and processes for the events function.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and travel as needed.

Experience:

  • Years of experience in the professional services industry, preferably legal.
  • Experience with strategic event planning and execution.
