Are you ready to take your event management skills to the global stage? We're looking for an exceptional Conference Planner to join our team and lead the way in exhibit operations, service delivery, and sponsorship fulfillment across our dynamic portfolio of conferences.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the Charge: Oversee all exhibitor elements for multiple global conferences-from project management and floor plan design to digital platform management and onsite execution.
  • Maximise Impact: Design and optimise exhibit floor plans to boost revenue and attendee engagement.
  • Own the Budget: Take charge of forecasting, budgeting, and reconciling costs for exhibit delivery.
  • Be the Onsite Hero: Lead onsite (and virtual) exhibit delivery, coordinating staff, vendors, and production schedules for seamless execution.
  • Drive Innovation: Analyse data to create retention strategies and explore new opportunities for growth and value.
  • Enhance Client Experiences: Manage our online portal and ensure exhibitors have everything they need to succeed.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal and external partners to deliver world-class events.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 1-3+ years in event management, experiential marketing, or tradeshow management.
  • Skills: Stellar operational and project management skills, including budget management, staffing, and vendor coordination.
  • Data-Driven: Analytical mindset with a knack for turning metrics into actionable strategies.
  • Adaptability: Able to thrive under pressure, anticipate client needs, and react with solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but your expertise and passion matter most.
  • Availability: Willingness to travel to around five events annually (20%).
