An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conference Producer to join a leading EMEA IT trade show platform based in London. This role focuses on the EMEA Digital Infrastructure Market, with opportunities to work on events across Milan, Warsaw, Paris, Zurich, Stockholm, and Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development:

  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, emerging topics, and key challenges.
  • Develop engaging agenda topics and secure high-profile speakers to ensure alignment with audience interests.
  • Draft and finalize session descriptions, event agendas, speaker bios, and promotional content.

Project Management:

  • Plan and manage all aspects of program production, including timelines, campaigns, and speaker budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to maximize event attendance.

Speaker Management:

  • Identify, recruit, and liaise with potential speakers and moderators.
  • Coordinate speaker schedules and ensure clear communication on expectations.

On-Site Management:

  • Oversee the delivery of live events and resolve any issues to ensure a seamless experience for speakers and attendees.
  • Coordinate with event staff to manage logistics and ensure high-quality production, including audio/visual elements.

Post-Event Analysis:

  • Gather feedback from attendees and speakers to assess the conference's success.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to identify trends and translate them into relevant conference topics.
