This is a new role in a small but fast-growing b2b events business that focuses on creating impactful events in the energy industry. These events consistently achieve success, with revenues growing year-on-year.

In this role, you will work closely with the Founder, who is excited to share their knowledge and experience with an ambitious and driven conference producer who is eager to progress their skills and career in a growing events business.

We're looking for an experienced conference producer who wants to own the role and bring ideas to enhance the production process and conference success. As part of a small team, you’ll lead conference production and the evolution of existing conferences while developing new concepts for launch events.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research to identify industry trends and challenges for conference agendas.
• Develop engaging, commercially viable programs and recruit senior industry professionals as speakers.
• Build advisory networks and collaborate with sponsorship, delegate sales, marketing, and event management teams.
• Project manage your events, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and KPIs are met.
• Attend and oversee conferences onsite, overseas travel is required.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and new event launches.
