The Conference Producer will be responsible for creating innovative and top-tier conference agendas and securing great speakers for in-person and virtual events.

What will you be doing as a Conference Producer?

  • Research the industry to spot trends, challenges and opportunities for topics that can be incorporated into the event agendas which will engage, interest and attract the community.
  • Write compelling agendas
  • Identify and secure a diverse range of speakers.
  • Work with the wider internal content, editorial and commercial teams to support the development and success of your agendas.
  • Create and nurture relationships with industry leaders, thought leaders and experts and
  • Take ownership of the speaker acquisition for events.
  • Guide on the onsite networking opportunities at events.

Your experience

  • For this Conference Producer role, we are looking for a bright, ambitious and experienced professional with at least 1 year of experience gained in an events or media environment.
  • Experienced in researching, writing and producing content-driven event agendas.
  • Confident in conducting industry research over the phone or via digital meetings.
  • Experience working on sponsored events (commercial) with an understanding of the benefits that sponsorship offers clients
  • Results driven attitude
  • Excited by working as part of a team to ensure objectives and targets are met.
  • Able to think independently and enjoy problem-solving.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
  • Enthusiastic about having UK and overseas travel as part of your role.
  • You must have excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Possess a positive can-do attitude.
  • A self-starter who is excited to develop a growing event portfolio.
