THE ROLE

Due to business growth and team expansion, an exciting position has become available for a Conference Producer to come on board and manage a portion of the event portfolio from a production perspective.

This is a broad role that includes duties such as:

  • Researching, writing & producing a minimum of 7-8 business conferences per annum.
  • Producing each event to the highest quality possible, curating content for the relevant community.
  • Sourcing, inviting and securing event speakers
  • Managing an internal database
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and production targets achieved and exceeded.
  • Working closely with the internal Marketing & Sales team
  • Ensuring the conference information is displayed on the web site and that the material is correct and up to date.
  • Attending and opening open conferences, bringing workshops and future events to the attention of speakers and delegates.
  • Networking with speakers and delegates to get new ideas for conferences, feedback, and secure speakers for future events.

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have at least 12-18 months experience in conference production, or a similar research background. You will also require excellent communication skills in order to liaise with speakers, delegates and senior ranking industry specialists on an a one-to-one basis.
