You'll be an integral part of A dynamic, high-achieving Client Services team, collaborating closely within creative services, including strategy, content, design, film, digital, and events. You'll also work directly with suppliers and clients to deliver outstanding results.

The Role

As a content producer, you will work across a diverse range of events and clients, developing and delivering high-quality content on time and within budget. You will take full ownership of the content strategy throughout the event lifecycle for various audiences.

Collaborating with creative specialists, you will deliver effective, strategic, and creative content for live, virtual, and hybrid events.

Acting as a subject matter expert for clients, you will connect delivery methods to messages, maintaining meticulous attention to detail to ensure all ideas align with the brief and leaving nothing to chance.

      Build strong and trusting relationships with stakeholders, partners, and suppliers

Lead and contribute to pitch proposals and client presentations

Mentor and guide junior team members

Provide constructive feedback

Foster talent and growth

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

The Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with a successful career of 2 - 3 years within an agency, skilled in producing content across digital, film, and print mediums for various events, including conferences, roadshows, experiential events, virtual/hybrid events, and award ceremonies.

You should be highly organized, with the ability to manage timings, stakeholder needs, and all aspects of mid to large-scale/complex events.

Expertise in leading the content producer role for events, with a deep understanding of production and digital platforms for live, virtual, and hybrid events is essential. You should have the ability to translate content into an 'event environment,' working closely with the core show team to meet client ambitions. Experience working with a large network of suppliers is also required.

Proven experience in growing client relationships, gaining repeat business, and developing new opportunities is essential. You should be a confident communicator with high levels of emotional resilience, able to adapt quickly and positively to change and pace.

The ability to take, shape, and write compelling briefs, advocate for clients, spot risks, solve unexpected problems, challenge assumptions, and make effective decisions under pressure is crucial. A commercial mindset, comfortable working within financial and time constraints, is necessary. Expertise in building trust and developing relationships to support growth is also important.
